KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT we, DEVEN BHAIiTA AND 5URYAKANT D. BHAKTA, collectively, ("GRANI"OR'~
of 5213 Oakhurst Dr., Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78411 in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS (510.00) paid by the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI {"GRANTEE"), of 1201 Leopard
Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
has granted and conveyed, and does hereby grant and convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas
Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted
use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land
situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and
incorporated as "Exhibit A". (Premises)
A map showing the location of the RIGHT-OF-WAY EA5EMENT is
attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B". (Premises)
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its
franchisees, to construct, operate, repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and
appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and all
other vehicles and all other means of transportation necessary or convenient at all times and itn all
seasons in, along and upon said Premises, as well as to lay, operate, inspect, replace, repair, service
and maintain public u#ility lines, storrn sewers, and franchised utility lines in, on, over, under and
along said Premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus
Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, franchisees and the public, far the proper use as
public streets and utility easements for so long as used for such purposes, and if the use for said
easements and rights of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

METES AND BOtJNb5 DESCRIPTION
OF
ADDITIONAL AIRLINE ROAD R.Q.W.
Being 0.069 acres of land, more or less, for additional right-of-way for Airline Road, said 0.069 acre tract
being out of Lot 3, Block 14, Brighton Village Unit 2, recorded in Volume 51, Page 44, Map Records of
Nueces County, Texas, and this D.069 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of this tract, said corner having a coordinate of N 17,135,702.34', E
1,351,782.77', Texas State Plane Grid, Texas South Zone, NAp'83, and said corner also being the
northeast corner of said Lot 3, the same being the southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 14, Brighton Village
Unit 2, and said corner being on the present west right-vf-way line of Airline Road;
Thence 5 02-07-37 W with the east boundary of this tract and said Lot 3, the same being the present
west right-vf--way line, and running 40.00' west of and parallel to the center line of Airline Raad, 333.94
feet, to the beginning of a curve to the right;
Thence with said curve to the right having a central angle of 9D-00-42, a radius of 10.00 feet, a length of
15.71 feet, a chord bearing of S 47-25-21 W, 14.14 feet, to a turner on the present north right-of-way
line of Downing Street and the beginning of another curve to the right:
Thence with said curve to the right having a central angle of 03-01-56, a radius of 516.33 feet, a length
of 27.33 feet, a chord bearing of N 86-D3-20 W, 27.32 feet;
Thence N 47-36-31 E with the northwest boundary of this tract and entering said Lot 3, 42.06 feet, to an
inside corner of this tract;
Thence N02-06-Z8 E with the west boundary of this tract, 317.29 feet, to the northwest corner of this
tract, said corner being on the north boundary of said Lot 3, the same being the south boundary of said
Lat 2;
Thence 5 61-13-35 E with the north boundary of this tract and said Lot 3, the same' being the south
boundary of said Lot Z, 8.37 feet, to the point of beginning and containing 0,069 acres of land or 3D05
