19. Public hearing to be held on February 16, 1987, by the Director of Planning
in the Committee Room, City Hall, at 8:30 a.m., and a second public hearing
be held on February 17, 1987, by the City Council at 2:00 p.m. on the
annexation of 3.37 acres of land out of Lots 17 and 18, Section 21, Flour
Bluff and Encinal Farm and Garden Tracts, located on the south side of
Yorktown Boulevard between Cimmaron and Bill Witt Park, at the request of
Corpus Christi Development Corporation.
