(Premises} Map showing the location of the DRAINAGE EASEMENT TOGETHER WITH A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B". (Premises} The Temporary Construction Easement is further described as a 20 foot wide construction easement containing 8,278.36 square feet, south of and adjacent to the permanent drainage easement. Said temporary construction easement is to be used far working room and storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. The Temporary Construction Easement automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance of the improvements of the Flour B1uffDrive, Ph.1 SPID - Graham Road project by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
