KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT We, PETER SIRACUSA AND WIFE, OBDULIA SIRACUSA, (GRANTOR) of 3401
Airline Road, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, 7$414 in consideration of $10.00 (Ten Dollars)
and other good and valuable consideration paid by the CITY OF CORPUS CIiRISTI,
(GRANTEE) 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277 the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted and conveyed, and does grant and convey to the City
of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal
representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over,
under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as
follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
"Exhibit A". (Premises)
A map showing the location of the RIGAT~OF-WAY EASEMENT is
attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B". (Premises)
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its
franchisees, to construct, operate, repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and
appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and
all other vehicles and all other means of transportation necessary or convenient at all times and in all
seasons in, along and upon said Premises, as well as to lay, operate, inspect, replace, repair, service
and maintain public utility lines, storm sewers, and franchised utility lines in, on, over, under and
along said Premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, franchisees and the public, for the proper
use as public streets and utility easements for so long as used for such purposes, and if the use for
said easements and rights of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

Being two parcels of land for additional right-of-way for Airline Road, said parcels being out of a 20,00
acre tract recorded in Volume 1651, Page 963, peed Records of Nueces County, Texas, being out of Lots
12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, and 22, Section 20, Flour Bluff and Encinal Farm and Garden Tracts recorded in
Volume A, Pages 41-43„ Map Records of Nueces County, Texas, and each of these two parcels being
mare partlculariy described by metes and bounds as follows:
PARCEL 4A
Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel, said career being on the Hatch boundary of said 20.00
acre tract and the present west right-of-way line of Airline Road and having a coordinate of N
17133442.94', E 1351709.45', Texas State Plane Grid, Texas South Zane, NAD'S3;
Thence 5 01-5S-04W with the east boundary of this parcel and the present west right_af-way line of
Airline Road, 221.32 feet, to the southeast comer of this parcel, said corner being on the earth
boundary of a fi0 faok wide roadway easement recorded in Volume 1676, Page 452, Deed Records of
Nueces County, Texas;
Thence N 61-19-41 W wi#h the southwest boundary of #his parcel, the same being the northeast
boundary of said roadway easement, 49.79 feet, to the southwesC corner of this pa rcei;
Thence N 60-23-13 E with the northwest boundary of this parcel, 31.54 feet, to an inside corner of this
