(Premises} Map showing the location of the DRAINAGE EASEMENT TOGETHER WITH A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT is attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B". (Premises} The Temporary Construction Easement is further described as a 30 foot wide construction easement containing 0.762 acres, south of and adjacent to the permanent drainage easement. Said temporary construction easement is to be used for working room and storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. The Temporary Construction Easement automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance of the improvements of the Till Creek Phase 3 -~ Tulasa/Suntide Area Drainage Improvement project by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, or his designee. SPECIAL PROVISIONS: (1.) The double ditching method of soil separation will be utilized during construction. (2.) TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal. representatives, franchisees and the public, for the proper use as a drainage easement far sa long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.
