Right-of-Way {ROW) Acquisition Survey shall be amended as follows as shown on the attached Amendment No. 2, Exhibit "A": - For the acquisition of additional right-of-way on 19 parcels along the corridor of Staples Street, Phase 2 from Holly to Williams (Project No. 6495). • In the original contract, Exhibit "A", Section 3. Box 9277 Corpus Christi, TX 78469 RE: Staples Street (Bond Issue 2005] Phase 2 from Holly to Williams (Projec# No. 6495) Contract Amendment Reguest No. 2 Mr. Anaya: The Corpus Christi City Council authorized a Contract for Professional Services with Freese and Nichols, Inc. an June 9, 2009 (by M2009-162) for the above referenced project. The City provided Right-af-Way (ROW} maps for our use on this project, in lieu of conducting ROW a re-establishment survey. Based ~on the ROW information provided by the City, in conjunction with the limited number of ROW pins that were located during the topographic survey, Freese and Nichols, Int. has identified 19 parcels along the corridor for Phase 2 (between Holly Rd. and Williams Dr.). The scope of services for these Additional Services will be,in accordance with Exhibit'A' and,.- Exhibit'A-1' of our Contract for Professional Services. Our proposed fee forthese additional services is $71,625 which also includes obtaining a title report for each parcel, as requested by Sonny Garza.
