THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ("Agreement"} is entered into between Calallen
Independent School District (CISD"), and the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public
Health District ("DISTRICT"). CISD is an Independent School District organized under
CONFIDENTIAL CONTRACT
