PUBLIC HEALTH DISTRICT
The. Parties to this Agreement ("Agreement") are the West Oso Independent School
District (the "WOISD"} and the Corpus Chris'-Nueces County Public Health District (the
"DISTRICT"} (collectively referred to as the "Parties"}. The Parties enter alto this Agreement
under the general provisions of the Interlocal Cooperation Act. This Agreement is made for the
purpose of efficient and effective use of resources and is in the best economical interests of the
Parties.
