JOINT USE PARKING AND ACCESS AGREEMENT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF NUECES
WHEREAS, the undersigned ~,~~~~~ ~.~~t~;''~~1~~'4 L(.l (Grantee) is in need of off-site
parking space to fulfill its parking requirements in accordance with the Corpus Christi
Zoning Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of ~~(Y~ C-`~''`''/~'1~11 GG( ("Grantor"} to make available to
1]d/~; ~,/~.-r,>~r~ ~G( {"Grantee") a por#ion of its parking facility for the joint use of
Grantor and Grantee and it has been determined by the parties that such joint use will
not create ~ conflict in the occupancy or use of the premises; and
WHEREAS, under the requirements of Article 22-3, Joint Use and Off-site Facilities, and
Section 22-3.01 of the Corpus Christi Zoning Ordinance, the parties to this agreement
have agreed and provided for the joint use as a parking facility, a portion of the grounds

to serve the parking requirements'of the Grantee subject to the conditions and
limitations described herein:
*Please describe scope and details of agreement with site plan clearly illustrating
subject properties with property lines, building footprints, all utility easements
including utility lines and above ground utility structures, driveways, existing
parking spaces, walkways, sidewalks, street paving and rights-of--way, etc.

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Agreement made and entered into by and between the Grantor and Grantee for
and in consideration of the sum of '~ fi .Dollars in hand paid by Grantee, the
receipt of which is acknowledged, an the further consideration of the exchange of
mutual covenants and condi#ions contained in the agreement on the part of Grantor and
Grantee to be kept and performed, the parties do covenant and agree as follows:
1. That fior so long as Grantee is required by the terms of the Corpus Christi Zoning
Ordinance to provide parking spaces in addition to the parking area provided on its

premises, Grantor and Grantee agree that the parking spaces shall be retained for this
purpose, Grantee shall have the use of the parking space at the premises described
herein, located at ~o$" /~~t ~,tr~~ in the City of Corpus Christi; and, that
the required parking spaces are located nat more than three hundred feet (300') firom
the building served.
2. That all of the above conditions are binding upon the Grantor and Grantee, their
heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, constitute a covenant running
with the land, and remain in force and effec# for so long as premises of Grantee is
subject to the parking requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Corpus
Christi.
