SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified and is attached as Amendment No. 2 Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed $24.800.00 {Twenty-Four Thousand Slx Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $440.850.00 iFour Hundred Forty Thousand Eight Hundred~Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents). Dnce adopted by the City, #hese drawings will become the City of Corpus Christi ADA Pedestrian Curb Ramp Standards. 2. Prepare a suggested Development Services Ordinance for presentation to Council that will require all new construction within the City to comply withladhere #o the newly adopted City of Corpus Christi ADA Pedestrian Curb Ramp Standards. TIME= OF PERFORMANCE All work in this Amendment No. 2 shall be completed within 90 additional calendar days to the original contract time.
