SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B, ADDITIONAL SERVICES shall be modified as shown below. Remove: 6. Construction Observation {4-Wks.) Add: 95. Project Re-Contracting Phase including evaluation of the existing conditions of the Laguna Shores Road improvements; coordination with the City, the bonding company and the new contractor to formulate a scope of work to complete the project; and, engineering efforts to restart the project. Add: 1fi. Re-Contracted Construction Phase Services including engineering services as described in Exhibit 'A', Part I.A.4 -Construction Phase for a duration of six (6} months. Add: 17. Special Re-Contracting Construction Coordination including engineering services anticipated as necessary above and beyond the work described in Exhibit 'A', Part I.A.4 due to the introduction of a new contractor to an existing, partially-completed project for a duration of six (6) months. EXHIBIT A, SECTION 3. FEES, PART C. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified by the attached Summary of Fees as shown in the attached Exhibit A for an additional fee not to exceed 35 880.00 {Thirty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Eiq,hty Dollars and Zero Centsl, for a total restated fee not to exceed $570,537.50 (Five Hundred Seventy_Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Seven Doiiars and Fifty Centsl. ~ ,._._ ..
