(Premises} The Temporary Construction Easements are further described as 20 foot wide construction easements containing 4,598.1 square feet and 4,830.1 square feet, west of and adjacent to the permanent drainage easements. Said temporary construction easements are to be used for working room and storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. The Temporary Construction Easements automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance of the improvements of the Wooldridge Road Street Improvement project by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, or his designee.
