Drainage Easement THE STATE OF TEXAS § KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF NUECES THAT Patagonia Properties, Inc. a Texas corporation ("Grantor"), of 225 Bayridge, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78411, in consideration of $10.00 (TEN DOLLARS}, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the City of Carpus Christi, {"Grantee"} of 1201 Leopard Street, Carpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted and conveyed, and does grant and convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, an, over, under and along a certain tract of Land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows: See the metes and bounds property descriptions for the DRAINAGE EASEMENT attached and incorporated as "Exhibits A and C". {Premises) Maps showing the location of the DRAINAGE EASEMENTS TOGETHER WITH A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT are attached and incorporated as "Exhibits B and D". (Premises} The Temporary Construction Easements are further described as 20 foot wide construction easements containing 4,598.1 square feet and 4,830.1 square feet, west of and adjacent to the permanent drainage easements. Said temporary construction easements are to be used for working room and storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. The Temporary Construction Easements automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance of the improvements of the Wooldridge Road Street Improvement project by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, or his designee.
