KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, Bertha Emily Trevino, individually, ("GRANTOR") of 7249 Wooldridge Rd., Carpus
Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78414 in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) paid by the City
of Corpus Christi ("GRANTEE"), of 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas
78401, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, sold and conveyed, and does
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal
corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege,
and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County,
Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
"Exhibit A" and "Exhibit C". ("Premises")
Sec map showing the location of the RIGHT~OF-WAY EASEMENT, attached
and incorporated as "Exhibit B'" and "'Exhibit D". ("Premises")
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its
franchisees, to construct, operate, repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and
appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and
all other vehicles and all other means of transportation necessary ar convenient at all times and in all
seasons in, along and upon said Premises, as well as to lay, operate, inspect, replace, repair, service
and maintain public utility lines, storm sewers, and franchised utility lines in, on, over, under and
along said Premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, franchisees and the public, for the proper
use as public streets and utility easements for so long as used far such purposes, and if the use for
said easements and rights of way is ever abandoned, then the afaresaid rights and privileges cease.

particularly described by metes and bounds as fallows:
Beginning at a point in the existing Southwest right-of--way line of Wooldridge Road ,
the mast Easterly- corner of Lot 8, Block 17, Rodd East Addition, a subdivision of the
City of Corpus Christi, Texas recorded in Volume 39, Page 181, Nueces County, Texas
Map Records, far the rriost Northerly comer of the tract herein described;
Thence South 61°-19'-10" East, with the existing Southwest right-of way line of said
Wooldridge Road, a distance of 13A0 feet to a point, the most Northerly corner of Lot 6,
Black 17, Rodd East Addition, and for the most Easterly corner of the tract herein
described;
Thence South 28°-40'-50" West, with the Northwest boundary line of said Lot 6, Block

particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a S/S inch iron rod set for corner, the most Easterly corner of said Lot 6,
Block 17, a 90 degree angle point in the ,Southwest right-of--way line of Wooldridge
Road, for the most Easterly and beginning corner of the tract herein described;
Thence South 28°-24'-13" West, a distance of 8.25 feet to a 518 inch iron rod set for the
most Southerly corner of the tract herein described;
Thence North 61°-19'-10" West, across said Lot 6, Block 17, a distance of 69.46 feet to
a 518 inch iron rod set in the Southeast line of Lot 9, Black 17, Radd East Addition, far
