SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES shalt be modified as shown below. Remove: 6. Williams Drive Box Culvert Rehabilitation Design Add: 6. Williams Drives Box Culvert Rehabilitation Design Design repairs to the existing box culverts in Williams Drive from Rodd Field Road to Airline Road (Phases 1 and 2} based upon observations from the Box Culvert Evaluation. Construction plans and documents for these repairs will be included in the Phase 1 construction plans and documents to be awarded with the Phase 1 contrac#. EXHIBIT A, SECTION 3. FEES, PART B. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified by the attached Summary of Fees as shown in the attached Exhibit A for an additional fee' not to exceed 10 000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cen#s1, far a total restated fee not to exceed X984,190.00 (Nine Hundred Eighty Four Thousand One Hundred,,,Nine#y Dollars and Zero Cents) All other terms and conditions of the May 18, 2010 contract between the City and Engineer and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. A member of any board, commission, or committee appointed by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. "Economic benefi#". An action that is likely to affect an economic interest if it is likely to have an effect on that interest that is distinguishable from its effect on members of the public in general or a substantial segment thereof. c. "Employee." Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas either on a full or part- time basis, but not as an independent contractor. d.
