TO THE
FY07 HOME FUNDING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE
CCCIC
AND THE
MESSIANIC FELLOWSHIP CHURCH
This amendment ("FIRST AMENDMENT") is made by and between the Corpus Christi
Community Improvement Corporation {"CCC[C") and the Messianic Fellowship Church
of Corpus Christi ("SUBRECIPIENT").
WHEREAS, the CCCIC and the Subrecipient executed an agreement ("HOME
AGREEMENT") on July 15, 2009, for the purpose of utilizing the CCCIC's FY07-08
HOME Investment Partnerships Program ("HOME Program") funding provided through
the City of Corpus Christi;
WHEREAS, the SUBRECIPIENT requested an extension to complete the project
funded under the HOME AGREEMENT; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to execute this FIRST AMENDMENT to revise and
extend the term stated in the HOME AGREEMENT.
Section 1. Section 2.1 of the HOME AGREEMENT, under the heading of Article II,
entitled "TERM," is amended by deleting the date "September 30, 2010" and inserting
the date "December 31, 2011."
Section 2. Section 2.2 of the HOME AGREEMENT, under the heading of Article II,
entitled "TERM," is amended by deleting the date "August 31, 2010" and inserting the
date "November 30, 2011."
Sec#ion 3. By execution of this FIRST AMENDMENT, the parties agree to revise and
extend the dates stated under Article I I in the HOME AGREEMENT. All other terms,
conditions, and covenants of the Agreement not revised by this FIRST AMENDMENT
remain the same and in full force and effect.
