FARM LEASE RENEWAL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi (City) and Julius Zdansky, Jr. (Lessee)
entered into a Farming Lease, authorized by Ordinance No. 0252'13, to allow
farming operations on 20.598 acres of land out of Lot 5, Section $, Bohemian
Colony Lands for a period of one (1) year beginning on November 1, 2002,
renewable year to year for one (1) year terms; and
WHEREAS, the Lease expires October 31, 2010, and Lessee has requested in
writing to renew the Farming Lease for one year under the renewal clause;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Farming Lease between the City and the Lessee
authorized by Ordinance No. 025213, is renewed for an additional one {1) year.
1. The term of the Lease is extended from November 1, 20'10, to October 31,
2011.
2. All other conditions and requirements of the Lease remain canchanged.
