FARM LEASE RENEWAL AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi (City} and Larry Mokry (Lessee) entered
into a Farming Lease, authorized by Ordinance No. 025214, to allow farming
operations on 23.099 acres of land out of Lots 4-24, Block 10 and Lots 5-11,
Block 11, Saratoga Place and Lots 3 and 4, Section 7, Bohemian Colony Lands
for a period of one (1) year beginning on November 1, 2002, renewable year to
year for one (1}year terms; and
WHEREAS, the Lease expires October 31, 2010, and Lessee has requested in
writing to renew the Farming Lease for one year under the renewal clause;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Farming Lease between the City and the Lessee
authorized by Ordinance No. 025214, is renewed for an additional one (1) year.
1. The term of the Lease is extended from November 1, 2010, to October 31,
2011.
2. All other conditions and requirements of the Lease remain unchanged.
