RODD FIELD PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT P20392
Whereas, City of Corpus Christi established the Rodd Field Public Improvement District by
Ordinance No. 025496 on September 23, 2003 in accordance with Chapter 372, Texas Local Government
Code, and amended the Rodd Field Public Improvement District boundary map by Ordinance No. 026563
on December 13, 2005;
Whereas, City of Corpus Christi authorized and levied an assessment amoun# of $790,300 as a
special assessment to the properties within Rodd Field Public Improvement District as the portion of the
costs for the public improvements to the property;
Whereas, Texas Local Government Code Section 372.018 provides that an assessment with interest,
the expense of collection, and reasonable attorney's fees, if incurred, is first a prior lien against the
property assessed;
Whereas, the Rodd Field Public Improvement District included property situated in City of Corpus
Christi, currently owned bySERVO-DYNAMICS INC, said property located at 7018 SCHNAUZER ST, Corpus
Christi, Nueces County, Texas, and described as follows: RODD VILLAGE LT 2 BLK 10, with current Nueces
County Tax Assessor Tax ID number 7463-0010-0020, and said property is a parcel out of property originally
included in the Radd Field Public Improvement District identified by Tax Assessor Tax ID number 2476-
0021-0256;
Whereas the assessment against the above described property identified under Nueces County Tax
Assessor Tax ID No. 7463-0010-0020 has been fully paid;
Naw therefore, in consideration of payment received, the City of Carpus Christi releases the above
described property located at 7018 SCHNAUZER ST with legal description of RODD VILLAGE LT 2 i3LIC 10 and
the property owner, their heirs, assigns, from all liens and personal liability heretofore created by such
Ordinances and does declare such assessment and lien fuNy discharged and s tisfied.
