Exhibit "XI Task No. 2. Construction Observation Services - To prepare and issue additional Delivery Order documents. The additional services include the preparation of additional site exhibits and detailed estimates of probable construction costs, additional site visits by the Engineer to investigate system failures and develop recommended improvements, the provision of additional needed information to aid in the City's review and decision making process, and observation of the construction execution. ■ In Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A ", FEES shall be amended as shown on the attached Amendment No. 3. Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $26.530.00 (Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $345,530.00 (Three Hundred Forty Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Dollars and Zero Cents). Additional Delivery Order Documents: Prepare & Issue additional Delivery Order Documents. This work includes additional site exhibits & detailed estimates of probable construction costs, additional site visits by the Engineer to investigate system failures and to develop recommended improvements, the provision of additional needed information to aid in the City's review and decision making process, additional review meetings & submittals, observation of the construction execution, and coordination with Contractor & City Personnel (Construction Services & Wastewater Department).
