SCOPE OF WORK shall be modified by the addition of the following scope: Revising the construction drawings as Per City of Corpus Christi comments for the County Road 69 Improvements ( Project No. 6507). ➢ Summary of Fees is amended as described in the attached Exhibit "A" revised fee not to exceed $ 26 - 481.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $462,941.00 (Four Hundred Sixly -Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-One _Dollars and Zero Cents) All other terms and conditions of the Contract and Amendments between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect. A member of any board, commission, or committee appointed by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. b. "Economic benefit ". "Employee." Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas either on a full or part -time basis, but not as an independent contractor. d. "Firm."
