CONTRACT AMENDMENT #3
" Corpus Christi Marina Debris Collection Pilot Project
Both parties to Contract Number 0923 the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc.
(FUNDING ENTITY) and the City of Corpus Christi (PERFORMING PARTY), agree to amend
said Contract as follows:
1. Article 3, first page of Contract Agreement, (relating to MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF
CONTRACT) is amended to reflect a reduced amount of the contract cost. This item
(displayed here in struck -out text) formerly read:

With this amendment, the item now reads:
ARTICLE 3. MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CONTRACT
The total amount of this Contract shall not exceed:
Thirty Thousand Dollars $30,000

unless this Contract is amended in writing. It is expressly understood and agreed by the
parties to this contract that the performance on the part of the CBBEP of its obligations
under this contract is contingent upon and subject to actual receipt by the CBBEP of
sufficient and adequate funds from the funding sources identified in the CBBEP's
comprehensive annual workplan. CBBEP funding will not exceed $30,000.
2. Article 4, first page of Contract Agreement, (relating to TERM OF CONTRACT) is
amended to reflect an extension of time with respect to the Contract's termination date.
