I CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City ", and CHUCK ANASTOS ASSOCIATES, LLC hereinafter called "Engineer", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Sports Field Lighting and Other Improvements (Proiect No. 3382 ) as authorized and administratively amended by: Original Contract March 15, 2010 Administrative Approval $35,200 From the original contract, Exhibit "A ", Basic Services, Item No. 2 Design Phase is amended to include additional Design Phase Services for the site design of the required gravity sewer system, including 1,600 LF of new 8" PVC sanitary sewer, new sanitary sewer manhole, tie into existing manhole, and coordination. From the original contract, Exhibit "A ", Summary of Fees is amended as specified in Exhibit "B" Summary of Fees. All other terms and conditions of the June 9, 2009 contract between the City�Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract; which are not specifically addressed herein shall r ain full force and effect.
