The Corpus Christi Housing Finance Corporation certifies that the members
of its Board of Directors serve in a voluntary capacity and receive no
compensation, other than reimbursement for expenses of their services, and
the nonprofit organization operates in a manner so that no part of its net
earnings inures to the benefit of any individual, corporation, or other entity.
