Scope of Services, Part A. Basic Services, Item No. 2. Design Phase Services shall be modified to include the addition of the following scope as shown on the attached Exhibit "K. ■ In the original contract, Section III. FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Exhibit "B" for a total fee not to exceed $14.697.00 (Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Seven Dollars and Zero Cents for a total restated fee not to exceed $356,113.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Six Thousand One Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Zero Cents).
