DECLARATIONS. "CITY" desires to engage "CONSULTANT" to provide services in connection with City's project, described as follows: New Broadway Wastewater Treatment Plant (Project No. 7293) "Project ". 2. SCOPE OF WORK. "CONSULTANT" shall provide services for the PROJECT in accordance with the accompanying Letter, Scope of Services, and Fee attached as "Exhibit A ". Section 2. SCOPE OF WORK is amended for additional services summarized below: Continued Design and Construction Coordination Services 3. FEE. The "CITY" agrees to pay the "CONSULTANT" for services provided in accordance with Exhibit "A ", Scope of Services, and Fee under this AGREEMENT, a revised fee not to exceed $49,500.00 (Forty Nine Thousand l=ive Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents) for a total restated fee not to exceed 298 800.00 Two Hundred Ninet y Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents). Box 9277 Corpus Christi, TX. 78469 -9277 Subject: New Broadway Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Coordination Services (Project No. 7293) Amendment No. 4 Dear Mr. Anaya: Please accept this letter as my request for Amendment No. 4 which will allow continuance of necessary professional services desired in connection with City's project, described as New Broadway Wastewater Treatment Plant design coordination Services (Project No. 7293) project. Project Description and Task List: Govind Development, LLC. (AIE) will provide by this Amendment the necessary consultant services required to ensure engineering design intent, value engineering assessment, constructability interpretation is provided during needed Preliminary Design and Constructability review phase and Design Phase services. Scope of Services: 1. Preliminary Design & Constructability Review Phase as stated in letter, Scope of Services provided with Amendment No 1(work complete). 2. Work with City's Consultant to get needed constructability issues and Costing issues resolved as they arise (ongoing during Construction); assist City's Consultant with review and approval of proposed City Contractor Requests for Substitution and/or Value Engineering proposals. 3. Work with City's Consultant & Peer Review Team during Design Phase and help get the Construction documents prepared to the requirements of City Standards (work complete). 4. Participate in weekly construction progress meetings with City's Consultant and Contractor; review and approve City's Consultant's invoice for payment and assist City's Consultant review of schedule of values completed by City's Contractor with associated requests for construction completion payment.
