Scope of Services, Part A. Basic Services, Item No. 2 Design Phase Services shall be modified to include the addition of the following scope as shown on the attached Exhibit "A ". In the original contract, Exhibit "A ", SECTION 3. FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Exhibit "B" for a total fee not to exceed $12,812.00 (Twelve _Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $190,945.00 (One Hundred Ninety„ Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Five Dollars and Zero Cents). This amendment includes the coordination with AEP to determine the implications and remdedy for improperly installed lighting conduit in Phase 1 of the Packery Channel Project, revisions to the lighted bollard design, and integration of the URS Engineering construction package for the Packery Channel Revetment Repairs into the Parking and Overlooks construction documents. The amendment request for this effort is $12,812.00. Please note that our current contract includes Basic Services in the amount of $146,549.00 and Additional Services of $31,584.00 for a total professional services fee of $178,133.00.
