Construction Observation HDR will endeavor to provide protection for the City against defects and deficiencies in. the Work by performing periodic site observation.. HDR's services will be as follows: a. General: Endeavor to protect the City in providing construction observation services; however, it is understood that HDR. does not guarantee the C.ontl•actor's perform. ance, nor is 1IDR responsible for supervision of the Contractor's operations and employees. IIDR will not be responsible for the means, inethods, techniques, sequences or procedures of construction selected by the Contractor, or any safety precautions and programs relating in any way to the condition of the premises the work of the Contractor or any subcontractor.
