The start time for the project began on August 17, 2009 with a 420 calendar day project time. The original contract completion date was October 11, 2010. At this juncture it appears that the final project closeout will occur in September, 2011. Consequently our $14,850 fee for the construction phase, negotiated with the original contract in October, 2003, has been exceeded by a significant amount.
