KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT Hector L. Servantes ( "Grantor "), of 4383 East Wind Drive, Corpus Christi, Nueces
County, Texas 78413, in consideration of $1.00 (ONE DOLLAR), paid by the City of Corpus
Christi, ( "Grantee ") of 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78 40 1, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted and conveyed, and does grant and convey to
the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal
representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on,
over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described
as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description for the 0.0126 acre
UTILITY EASEMENT attached and incorporated as "Exhibit A ".

Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and
its franchisees to construct, service, repair, maintain, inspect, lay, operate and keep public utility
lines under, on and along said easement.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, and franchisees for the use as a
UTILITY EASEMENT and right -of -way for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said
easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.
Executed in duplicate, either copy of which constitutes as an original.

BEING 0.0126 acre of land situated in Lot 20, Block 11, Summer Wind Village, Phase I as
recorded in Volume 67, Pages 368 and 369 of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas, said
0.0126 acre of land being a strip of land 5.00 feet wide, along and adjacent to the northwest
line of the said Lot 20, Block 11, being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows.
BEGINNING at an existing iron rod at the most northern corner of the said Lot 20, Block 11,
said PLACE OF BEGINNING being the most northern corner of the herein described tract;
THENCE, S. 61' 53' 17" E., a distance of 5.00 feet along the northeast line of the said Lot 20,
Block 11 to a point for the most eastern corner of the herein described tract_
THENCE, S. 28° 06'43" W., a distance of 110.00 feet to a point in the southwest line of the
said Lot 20, Block 11, said point also being the most southern corner of the herein described
tract;
