TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, and franchisees for the use as a UTILITY EASEMENT and right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.
