Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its successors, legal representatives, franchisees and assigns to erect, install, construct, service, repair, maintain, inspect, lay, operate, and maintain temporary streets and appurtenances upon said premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages, and all other vehicles and other means of transportation necessary and convenient at all time and in all seasons in, on, over, under, and along said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, franchisees for the use as a TEMPORARY RIGH -OF -WAY EASEMENT and right -of -way for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement and right of way is ever abandoned, or legally platted, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.
