the sum of One and no /100 Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the City of Corpus Christi
Texas, a Texas home -rule Municipal Corporation, duly incorporated under and,_by virtue
of the laws of the State of Texas ( "Grantee "), of 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi,
Texas 78401, County of Nueces, State of Texas, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, sell and convey to
the City of Corpus Christi, its successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns and
franchisees the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement, of going in,
on, over, under, and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and
being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds ( "Exhibit "A ") property description for a temporary
right -of-way out of Lot 8, Section 40, Flour Bluff and Encinai Farm and Garden
Tracts, a map of which is recorded in Volume A, Pages 41-43, Map Records of
Nueces County, Texas.
See the metes and bounds ( "Exhibit "C ") property description for a temporary
right-of-way out of Lot 8, Section 40, Flour Bluff and Encinai Farm and Garden
Tracts, a map of which is recorded in Volume A, Pages 41 -43, Map Records of
Nueces County, Texas.
See the maps showing the location of the utility easements attached and
incorporated as "Exhibit B ", "Exhibit D ".
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi,
Texas, and its franchisees, to erect, install, lay, replace, service, use, inspect, construct,
reconstruct, modify, remove, operate, repair and maintain temporary streets, and
appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts,
carriages and all other vehicles and all other means of transportation necessary of
convenient at all times and in all seasons in, along and upon said Premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the
City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives and assigns, for the
proper use as a temporary right -of - way easement, for so long as used for such

purposes, and if the use of said easement and right of ways is ever abandoned or
legally platted, then, the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.

Commencing at a point on the common boundary of Lots 7 and 13, said Section 40, same being
the southwest corner of Lot 8, Block 3, Shoreline Oaks Subdivision Unit 1, a map of which is recorded in
Volume 64, Pages 255 -256, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas;
Thence, North 61'27'50" West, along the common boundary of Lots 7 and 8 with Lots 12 and
13, said Section 40, a distance of 476.90 feet;
Thence, North 28'32'10" East, a distance of 367.63 feet to the Point of Beginning, for a corner of
this tract
Thence, North 77'49'16" West, along the south boundary of this tract, a distance of 50.00 feet for
the point of curvature of a non - tangent curve to the left, whose radius point bears North 77 6 West,
