Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, all for the purpose of constructing, installing, laying, replacing, servicing, repairing, using, maintaining, inspecting, reconstructing, modifying, removing, operating and keeping utility lines, in, over, under, on, and along the premises.
