THAT Stabil Drill .Specialties, L.L.C., a Louisiana Limited Liability Corporation,
( "Grantor"), whose address is 3026 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, Tx 78415,
County of Nueces, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of One and
noll 00 Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the City of Corpus Christi Texas, a Texas
home -rule Municipal Corporation, duly incorporated under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Texas ( "Grantee "), of 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401,
County of Nueces, State of Texas, the receipt of which is acknowledged, has granted,
sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, sell and convey to the.City of
Corpus Christi, its successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns and franchises,
the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement, of going in, on, over,
under, and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being
described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property descriptionl a 15.00 foot wide utility
easement out of the north 112 of a 19.496 acre tract of land out of Tract 9, Block
10, J.C. Russell Farm Blocks, a map of which is recorded in Volume 28, Pages
58 -59, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas.
See the map showing the location of the utility easement attached and
incorporated as "Exhibit B."
Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi,
Texas, all for the purpose of erecting, constructing, installing, laying, replacing,
servicing, repairing, using, maintaining, inspecting, reconstructing, modifying, removing,
operating, and keeping utility lines, in, over, under, on, and along the premises.
(including, but not limited to water, wastewater, storm water, storm water detention,
filtration, drainage .and gas, together with all lines, pipes, conduits and other equipment,
improvements and appurtenances used in the supply and provision of public utilities)
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges as described above
to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, permitted
assigns and franchises, for the proper use as a utility easement and, for so long as used
for such purposes, and if the use of said easement be ever abandoned, then, in that
event, the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease.
Executed in duplicate, either copy of which constitutes an original.

FIELDNOTES for a 15.00 foot wide utility easement out of a 9.748 acre tract of land out of the north 1/2 of
a 19.496 acre tract of land out of Tract 9, Block 10 J.C. Russell Farm Blocks, a map of which is recorded in Volume
28, Pages 58 -59, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas; said utility easement being more fully described by metes
and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a 518 inch iron rod with red plastic cap stamped "Urban Engr. C.C. TX" found on east
boundary of South Navigation Boulevard, a public roadway, being on the south boundary line of a existing 50.00
foot wide drainage right of way, for the northwest corner of Lot 1, BIock 1, Stabil Tract, a map of which is recorded
in Volume 63, Page 41, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas;
Thence, along the south boundary of said existing 50.00 foot wide drainage easement, at 203.00 feet pass
the northeast comer of said Lot I, at which the north boundary of said north 112 of said 19.496 acre tract begins, in
all a total distance of 450.00 feet to a point on the south boundary of said existing 50.00 feet wide drainage easement
and the north boundary of said north 1/2 of said 19.496 acre tract;
Thence, South, a distance of 263.55 feet for the Point of Beginning and for the northwest corner of this
easement;
Thence, South 89 0 59 1 06" East, parallel with the south boundary of said northl /2 of a 19.496 acre tract and
15.00 feet distant there from measured at right angles thereto, a distance of 1059.71 feet to a point on the west
boundary of a 50.00 foot wide Airport Drainage Easement, as recorded in Volume 2195, Page 713, Deed Records of
Nueces County, Texas, for the northeast corner of this easement;
Thence, South 00 °00' 11" East, along the west boundary of said 50.00 foot wide Airport Drainage
Easement, a distance of 15.00 feet to the northeast corner of the south 1/2 of said 19.496 acre tract, same being the
southeast corner of said north 1/2 of the 19.496 acre tract, for the southeast comer of this easement;
Thence, North 89 °59'06" West, along the common boundary of said northl/2 and south 112 of the 19.496
acre tract, a distance of 1059.71 feet for the southwest corner of this easement;
Thence, North, along the west boundary of this easement, a distance of 15.00 feet, to the Point of
Beginning and containing 0.365 Acres (15,895.66 square feet) of land.
Bearings based on the recorded plat of Stabil Tract, a map of which is recorded in Volume 63, Page 41,
Map Records of Nueces County, Texas.
