SCOPE OF WORK shall be modified by the addition of the following scope: Scope of Work is revised to include additional Hydro Excavation Surve Services as specified in Exhibit "A ". ➢ Summary of Fees is amended as described in the attached Exhibit "B" revised fee not to exceed $14,800.00 (Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents) for a total restated fee not to exceed 614 363.00 Six Hundred Fourteen Thousand Three Hundred Sixty- Three Dollars and Zero Cents) All other terms and conditions of the Contract and Amendments between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect. An Allowance of $32,000leas set aside for the hydro excavation however the actual cost for the work is $46,800. We are requesting that the City amend our contract by $14,800 to make up the difference. A copy of the invoice from T-REX is attached for your reference.
