The City of Corpus Christi, Texas hereinafter called "City ", and LNV Engineering hereinafter called
"Engineer ", agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Engineering Services for the
following project:

6. TXDOT Close out Documentation. Assist the City in closing out the construction
project in accordance with TXDOT requirements. Finalize the TXDOT forms for
quantities & pay items (1257's & 1258's). The scope of work also includes closing out
documentation for Final Pay Estimate and responding to TXDOT audit comments.
