SCOPE OF SERVICES, SECTION A. BASIC SERVICES, shall be amended to include supplemental Basic Services as described in the attached Amendment No. 6 Exhibit "A": ➢ ITEM NO. 2 Preliminary Design Phase in the amount of $2,340.00 • In the Amendment No. 4, EXHIBIT "A ", PART 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, SECTION B. Scope Revision Add the following tasks as shown below: Preliminary Design Phase and General Items: • Determine magnitude and coordinate payment to landowners whose property will be affected by invasive archeological investigation. • Provide a record of all payments for the CITY's records. Additional Services I. Easement Acquisition Services Add the following activities to the Easement Acquisition Services scope: • Provide those landowners whose property will be affected by invasive archeological investigation compensation. Total compensation for all landowners will not exceed $47,600. Payment will be made by check or money order. • Provide copies of all payment to landowners for the CITY's records. B. Fee: The total authorized fee for all services added to the contract with through this Amendment will be $49,940. Fees for individual additional tasks are shown in the Summary of Fees table. The table Summary of Fees set forth on the following page will be used by the Consultant Engineer to determine the amount to be invoiced for each task. The fee shown for each task is inclusive of all expenses as set forth by the original contract. C. "Employee." Any person employed by the City of Corpus Christi, Texas either on a full or part- time basis, but not as an independent contractor. d. "Firm." Any entity operated for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or commercial, and whether established to produce or deal with a product or service, including but not limited to, entities operated in the form of sole proprietorship, as self - employed person, partnership, corporation, joint stock company, joint venture, receivership or trust, and entities which for purposes of taxation are treated as non - profit organizations. e. "Official" The Mayor, members of the City Council, City Manager, Deputy City Manager, Assistant City Managers, Department and Division Heads, and Municipal Court Judges of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. f.
