This Contract Amendment No. 5 includes fees incurred for landscape architect services not authorized in the original contract. The addition of these landscape services was not a part of the original Contract Scope of Services and is to be performed as Addendum No. 5, A total additional enginecring fee of $7,790.00 will be needed for the landscaping services, The folio-Mrig are the proposed changes to the original amended, executed contract. 1. Any entity operated for economic gain, whether professional, industrial or commercial, and whether established to produce or deal with a product or service, including but not limited to, entities operated in the form of sole proprietorship, as self- employed person, partnership, corporation, joint stock company, joint venture, receivership or trust, and entities which, for purposes of taxation are treated as non -profit organizations. e.
