The discussion . centered on their`Option 4; Separated Parking Lane along the Park. 'This configuration envisions utilizing the existing southbound roadway for a bike lane, two southbound travel lanes, and one northbound travel lane. A .second, l I' wide, northbound. travel lane .would be built separated from the existing roadway by a median and would have diagonal parking. Option 4A is. the same as Option 4 with the addition of bike traffic on the separated roadway and the lane width increased to 13.'. The . City's Unified Development Code requires parking lots that have one way Aisles {lanes) in excess of 150' iii length be 17' wide. You have requested that HDR perform a traffic analysis of Option 4A to determine capacity and levels of service HDR will perform this analysis using the 17' lane width. and provide a letter report summarizing the findings..
