Whereas, on; 11 Q /200;9, Corpus Christi City Council authorized a lease agreementwith GreatMestern
Soccer League "Lessee.", regarding use of proper€y at Labonte Park -,
Whereas, the parties :desire to amend the Lease Agreement; provisions regarding uti lities;
Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows:
Section l3 of the Lease Agreement regarding utilities is amended to read.as foliow5;
"Section 13 Utilities Lessee must pay, for all.u.01114jes. ;used by .tor for any activity:sponscred by
Lessee on the Premises prior to the due date for payment. Failure to pay any:utility bill on or
before the due date is grounds for:tot ination ofthis Lease. Lessee m ust adhere to aptslicable
water conservation standards. In an effort to ensure that.elds are maintained its accordance witli
City standards, the City sha11 not charge Lessee'for water used.by Lessee to maintain the fields,
up to maximum number of gallons set by Director of darks and Recreation for each calendar.
All oilier terms and conditions remain in effect.
This Amendment takes effect upon date of City Council approval.
