Whereas, on' 21151201;1, Corpus Christi City Council authorized a lease agreement with Southside Little
Miss Kickball League, "L. essee" , regarding use of property at 4200 McArdle;
Whereas, the parties desire to:amend the Lease Agreement, provisions regarding.utilities;
Now, therefore, the parties agree as >follows:
Section 14 of the Lease Agreement regarding utilities is. amended to read as follows:
" Sectlou. 14 :U ilities, Lessee must pay fpr all utilities used by it;or for :. activitysponsared
Lessee on the Premises prior to the due date for payment: Failure to pay any utility hill on.or
before the due. date is grounds, for termination of this Lease. Lessee must adhere tip applicable
water coi servatiowstandards. In an effort: to ensure that tietds ary maintained in accordance with
City standards, the.0 ty diall not charge Lessee for water usad by Lessee to. maintain the fields,
up to maximum number of gallons set:by Director of Parks 844 Roovation for each calendar
year."
All other terms. and conditions remain in effect.
