Whereas, on'913012008, Corpus.Christi City Council authorized a lease agreement with Southside''Youth
Sports Complex, °`Lessee regarding use, of property at Evelyn. Price Park;
Whereas,'the parties desire to amend the Lease Agreement provisions regarding utilities;
Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows:
Section 9 of the Lease Agreement regarding utilities is amended to. read as follows:
