Whereas on 6/24/2008, Corpus Christi City COun'c authorized a.lease:.agreement;w th C. C. United
Ottle Miss Kickball "Lessee ", regarding'use of property at Bill Whitt Park;
Whereas, the parties desnre to ameo.d the,Lease Agreement provisions regarding utilities;
Now; therefore, the parties ,agree as follows:
Section 9 of the: Lease Agreement regarding utilities is atnended to read as follows:
"Section 9 . must pay for all utilities used by it or for any activity sponsored by
Lessee on the Premises prior to the due date for payment. Failure to pay any utility bill on =or
before the due date'is grounds for termination of this Lease. Lessee must adhere to applicable
water conservation standards. In an effort to ensure that fields :are maintained in with
City standards, the' City shall not charge Lessee for watet used by Lessee to maintain the field -,
up to maxim hi riumber <of gallons set by Director of Parks and lRecreation for each calendar
year. "'
All other terms and conditions remain in effect,
This. Amendment takes effect upon date of'City Council ;approval,
