Whereas, ott 2/10/2009,, Corpus Christi City oil authorized a lease agreement with Madre Soccer
League, "Lessee ", ,regarding use ofpropett at Bill "Whitt Park;
Whereas the parties desire to amend the Lease Agreement provisions regarding utilities;
Nov, therefore, the =parties 'agree as follows;,
Section 13 of Lease.Agreement regarding utilities is amended to read as follows:
" Sectift 13 Utilities . Lessee must pay for all utilities used by it"or"for.any activity.sonsored by
Lessee an the 1?remisas prior to the doe 400,for payment, Failure to pay any utilitybill on.:or
before the due date" is g %ands for termination of'this Lease, Lessee must adhere to. applicable
water conservation standards. In; an effort. onisure that fields are maintained in acc'vrdance with
City standards, the City shall not charge Lessee for "water:used by Lessee to rnaammin the "fields,
up to maximum number of gallons set by Director of Farks and Reereation lot each calendar
Year,"
All other terms and enditions remain in effect.
