Whereas, on 2/15.42011 , Corpus l Christi City Coun "I autliort eti.:a lease, agreement with Oso Pony
Baseball League; "Lessee ", regarding use of property at. Paul Jones Youth Sports Complex;
Whereas, the parties desire:to amend the Lease Agreeineot provisions regarding utilities;
Now therefore, the parties agree as follows-
Section 1 the Luse Agreement regarding utilities Is amended to rea0as follows:
"Section 14 t lifies. Lessee must pay for all utiliti.esysed by it or'for any activity sponsored by
Lessee on the Premises prior to the due date for payment.. Ira vure to pay any utility bill. on or
before the due date is grounds for termination of this.Lease 'Lessee must adhere to applicable
water conservation standards. In an effort to ensure that fields are matintatned in accordance with
City standards, the City shall not _charge Lessee for water used by Lessee to Maintain the fields, .
u p t maximum nuirnber of gallons set by Director of Parks and Recreation for each calendar
year!.
