Whereas, the: parties: desire to amend the Lease Agreerent provisions regarding utilities;
Now therefore, the parties agree as follows,
Section 9 of:.the'Lease Agreement °regarding utilities is amended to read.as follows::
"Seetion Utilities Lessee. must pay for all utrl.itiQS used by it or for any activity sponsored by
Lessee on tho Premises prior to the due date for Mment. Failure to pay any utility bill on or
beforethe dui date, is grounds for; term ination :ofthis Lease. Lessee must adhere to applicable
water conserj%at Q standards. In an effart :ta ensure that: fields are maintained ',in accordance with
City standards, the City, shall not charge Lessee for water: used.by Lessee.to: maintain the fields,
up to maximum °number of gallons set by Director of Parks and' Reece. ion for each calendar
All other terms and toniiitions remain in effect.
This Amendment takes effect ,upon date of .City Council; approval._
