_2 7 7 The purpose of this letter is to briefly memorialize our discussion of March 7,
P'n ` � � -` c 3, 6 s -82 6 - ' 22 `' 2012 regarding the Event Trust Fund Program ("ETF") and the opportunity it offers
F a ,01-826, - " 8 9 to both the City of Corpus Christi, ("City") and the Corpus Christi Convention and

Visitors Bureau ("CVB").
The City and CVB want to collaborate for the benefit of the City and CVB by
participating in the ETF to offer economic incentives for tourism related events in the
City. The City and CVB agree to the following responsibilities:
The CVB agrees to handle the daily administration of the ETF and to be
responsible for administration of the incentive process available through the ETF and
all communication with event organizers and the Texas Comptroller of Public
Accounts.
The City, in consideration of the CVBs services stated above, agrees to
provide local match funding, from the City General Fund for the costs of
implementing incentives pursuant to the ETF statute. City match is to be returned to
City General Fund upon payment from the State Comptroller for event
reimbursement.
