M2009-162 $1,665,349.00 Amendment No. 1 April 27, 2010 Motion No. M2010-093 $67,968.00 Amendment No. 2Ayqust 17, 2010 Motion No. M2010-186 $71,625.00 Amendment No. 3 August8,2011 Administrative Approval $47,978.00 In the original contract, Exhibit "A", Section 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES, Section B. Additional Services, 7. Public Involvement Phase shall be amended to provide the City with additional public involvement services as listed below. These methods ensure that the appropriate individuals are contracted about upcoming changes and that area drivers are aware of how daily travel routes may be impacted. a. Coordinate with City staff on proposed project phasing and development of outreach strategies b. Updating of database of owners and business along project corridor c. Organize and conduct pre-open house meetings with project stakeholders (6 meetings total) d. Prepare/provide City staff with required exhibits/information for City sponsored information meetings e. Development of Quarterly project update mail-out document template - update/mailing of mail-out document to be handled by City f. Development of www.DriveStapies.com website - update of website to be handled by City g. Development of Drive Staples twitter account -- update of twitter account to be handled by City • In the original contract, Exhibit "A", Section 3. FEES shall be modified for a total fee not to exceed 48 755.©0 (Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Five Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $1,901,675.00 (One Million Nine Hundred One Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Dollars and Zero Cents) as shown in the attached Amendment No. 4, Exhibit "B."
