FEES shall be modified as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed $2,530.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $399,052.00- (Three Hundred Ninety -Nine Thousand Fifty -Two Dollars and Zero Cents) All. other terms and conditions of the contract and amendments between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect.
