SIDEWALK EASEMENT

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT we, Adolph M. Gonzales and wife, Maria Rita Gonzales, ( "GRANTOR ") of 8002
Piedrabuena Drive, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, 78414, in consideration of $1.00 (ONE
DOLLAR) and other good and valuable consideration paid by the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, (`GRANTEE ") of 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed, and does convey to Grantee, a Texas Home
Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in
Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as
Exhibit " A " , and a map showing the location of the SIDEWALK
EASEMENT attached and incorporated as Exhibit "B" ( "Premises ").
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for Grantee, for the purpose of constructing a
sidewalk across said property now occupied by Grantor and for the purposes of maintaining, servicing,
repairing and inspecting said public sidewalk on and along the Premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to Grantee, its
successors and legal representatives, for use as a SIDEWALK EASEMENT for so long as used for such
purpose, and if the use of said easement is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges shall
cease.

BEING a tract of land containing 105 Sq. Ft. of land out of Lot 4, Block 3, West End
Addition as shown on plat thereof recorded in Volume A, Page 5 of the Map Records of
Nueces County, Texas. This 105 Sq. Ft. tract being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 3, West End Addition as recorded in Volume A, Page
5 of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas;
THENCE N00 0 25'00 "E along the west boundary line of said Lot 4 a distance of 10.00' to a Point at the
southeast corner of the remainder of Lot 5 as described in Volume 1907, Page 597 of the Deed Records
of Nueces County, Texas, being the northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S64 0 07'20 "E through said Lot 4 a distance of 23.26' to a Point, being the east corner of this
tract;
THENCE N89 0 35'00 "W along the northerly right -of -way of Leopard Street a distance of 21.00' to the
POINT AND PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 105 Sq. Ft. of land.
Bearings are with reference to the north right -of -way line of Leopard Street as shown on Plat of the West
End Addition, recorded in Volume A, Page 5 of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas
